Submit an Enquiry

Am I available for when you need me, can I provide the services you require, and how much will you have to pay?

  • Complete and submit the on-line Enquiry Form and I will be in touch (for added security there is no need to submit all of your personal details over the Internet when completing this Enquiry Form), OR
  • Phone me on 01473 831839 and I’ll take down the details on the dates, times, length and frequency of visits required. I can tell you whether I will be available and also give you an idea of how much you will have to pay.

Arrange a Meeting

I will need to meet you and your pets, and you need to meet me!  As I need to visit your home while you’re away, you can show me where certain items are in order to carry out my tasks, and we’ll discuss spare key arrangements and how to secure your property.  I’d prefer to know your holiday and my visit dates before our meeting so I can advise if I will be available.

  • When you submit the on-line Enquiry Form give me details of when it would be convenient to meet and I will be in touch, OR
  • If you need me in a hurry, phone 01473 831839 giving a general idea of the services and dates you require and we can arrange a meeting.

It will be helpful if you could write down a few notes on what you feel is relevant about your home and pet/s for me to refer to when I return to visit. I have forms to complete which I can e-mail to you or you can provide your own notes. It’s handy to know what to do and where things are in case of any eventuality, e.g. if the power trips out or if your plumbing springs a leak!

Receive a Booking Form

I can confirm your booking either at our meeting or when you are ready to contact me after our meeting. (Existing clients can go straight to the booking stage once I advise that I am available for your required dates and if all home/pet details remain the same as when I last provided service for you.)

  • A deposit payment may be required to secure your booking depending on the type of service required.
  • I will send you a confirmation Booking Form (also our Contract) which must be signed by you before service is provided – this means that you accept my Terms and Conditions (as printed on the reverse of the Booking Form, and as set out on this website) and that you agree to pay the Sitter’s Fee as shown on this same Booking Form.
  • To agree to abide by my own Terms and Conditions I will also sign on the reverse of the Booking Form before service is provided.

On your return you must pay me the remaining balance of the Sitter’s Fee, if applicable.  Any additional expenses that may have been incurred will have to be paid to me within 14 days of your return.
