Deposits: If a deposit is required this payment must be cleared before service will be provided.

PLEASE NOTE: I do not accept payments from any third parties. If paying by cheque, I will only start service once payment has been cleared so please ensure there are sufficient funds in your account to make a payment.

Regular Service: You must be up to date with your payments before any further bookings can be accepted.

Cancellations: At present, a full refund of any deposit will be given for cancelled bookings; or this could be held as a credit if you state this as your preference. I have the right to refuse to refund the deposit payment to any client who regularly cancels bookings without due respect and consideration for my potential loss of earnings and for other clients who could have been otherwise offered availability of my services.

VAT: There is no VAT consideration in my fees.

My rates do not increase during weekends, school breaks or public holidays.

Fuel Costs: If you live outside the Claydon/Barham area I will have to charge fuel costs for each return journey from my home. These are currently set at 30p per mile and will be added to the cost of each visit.
